She plays violin in front of a cafe.
No one really pays attention to her.
Sometimes she looks tired.
Sometimes she seems a little resentful.
But most of time she enjoys herself being in her own zone, I think.
I don't know her name or where she lives.
I never attempt to ask her any question because I'm afraid I might break the spell.
Watercolor was my first love.
I used to bring in a small watercolor set and paint in my car during my break.
And painted local scenery for over ten years.
There were times when I painted watercolor en plein air and sold my work to morning joggers, lunch time pass-byers and evening walkers everyday.
Then switched to oil and painted about ten years.
Now I'm back to watercolor and still love it.
It's like an old friend who greets me after all these years, warm, cheerful, spontaneous and surprising!
